Young people, please take this video very seriously. I can only tell you my experience. My husband and I were huge diet soda drinkers. In fact, that was all he would drink. I have huge anxiety, and my kids, ages 31,29, and 25, all have anxiety ranging from severe to moderate. If I could travel back in time, I would. I would cut sugar, processed food, and diet sodas. I'm so sorry that I have done this damage to my kids.
