I was an only parent, was so sedated I could barely function. Before that I owned my own business and never even took a nap. Turns out I'm Autistic and was in burnout. I was seeing Therapist and a pyschiatrist for 10 years! Not once was it questioned I wasn't bipolar. They took 10 years from me. I made the decision to get off of them and the psychiatrist got angry so I pretended I wouldn't. It took me a year to wean off all of the meds. That was 11 years ago, now I'm thriving! It should be illegal to diagnose someone in an hour!!!! @vani-rie 2 weeks ago I pray they don’t come after you. You’re the first psychiatrist who’s been so open and honest about these drugs. I was on anti psychotics for so long now I have a little tumour in my brain and I went to a psychiatrist who finally said that is one of the side effects of the ant psychotics. I was so mad at all the doctors who continues to prescribe them to me. I’m only 37 😢

Then I transitioned to carnivore and now I think eating carbs is crazy. I'm not dying any more. In fact, today I am stronger and healthier at 77 years old than I have been in quite a few decades. Dr Berry and his videos have been a huge part of my healing journey. Meat heals, carbs kill. @cobyteune 2 months ago Our son has autism and got in his teenage years schitzophrenia on top of that. We are now nearly 2 years on a carnivore diet and he tapered down his antidepressant and now he is succesfully tapering down his antipsychotics.
