I was suffering from night blindness and what it was doing was was causing a cloud over my eyes at night and I could barely Drive so I decided one day that I was going to go on the carnivore diet because I needed to lose some weight my eyesight was so bad that I one time pulled into the ditch in the front of my house because I missed the driveway after being on the keto carnivore diet for about 3 weeks one night I am driving home and I realized that my sight is as clear as you can imagine I know I have no problem with night blindness I can see all around my property when it's really moonlet out it was a life changer

Then I transitioned to carnivore and now I think eating carbs is crazy. I'm not dying any more. In fact, today I am stronger and healthier at 77 years old than I have been in quite a few decades.
