Junk food, sugar and additives - The dark side of the food industry

@homo_occidentalis_novus 2 years ago (edited) For me, one of the scariest things is that we as people (CEOs, scientists who do paid reserarch to reach a certain goal) do this with each other, knowing exactly the harm and the consequences, but a lifeless thing as money is more important then the lives of children and adults... This is knowingly committed crime and it is disgusting that our systems allow this to happen.

Then I transitioned to carnivore and now I think eating carbs is crazy. I'm not dying any more. In fact, today I am stronger and healthier at 77 years old than I have been in quite a few decades. Dr Berry and his videos have been a huge part of my healing journey. Meat heals, carbs kill. @cobyteune 2 months ago Our son has autism and got in his teenage years schitzophrenia on top of that. We are now nearly 2 years on a carnivore diet and he tapered down his antidepressant and now he is succesfully tapering down his antipsychotics.
