@hollybeatty4493 3 days ago We were given in 1992 the disastrous food pyramid that put said fat was bad and carbohydrates good. Exactly the opposite was and is true. Blame it on Ancel Keys. We have become obese following his very wrong and ultimately flawed judgements. The food industry happily obliged since putting sugar in food was cheaper than fat. So here we are.
