I had a hip replacement surgery 4 weeks ago and let myself get off track. All great points that will help anyone who puts them in practice. I will end the year well and it starts today. Otherwise, the holidays are full of opportunities to eat sugar laden foods and it’s celebrated. Had I been strict carnivore for the past 2 years, I may not have needed this surgery due to arthritis. We eat ourselves to a slow painful death - no more!
