The fact it took so long to hear about Carnivore exposes deep and entrenched corruption. Yes, selfish careerism is the world's #1 problem.
Carbohydrates ie fruit and veges, drinks, are spread in front first as we enter the Supermarkets.
i eat 285 gram of rib-eye steak with 2 TB of butter once a day and I am not hungry for 24 hours. I eat the next day, same thing and I am not even hungry but I like to eat steak:)

Dr. Fettke explains it very nicely! Have tried keto 4years ago first time , lost some weight and got scared by my cholesterol results so went back to “normal” diet. Last year went back to animal diet and made my husband do it with me this time , it changed our lives, no hunger, slimmer waist, no pre workout at the gym, more energy, better mood, better hair.. everything is just better :) It’s hard to explain to people why we do it or why it’s better.. My hope is that one day eating high fat carnivore is going to be classed as NORMAL!! :)
Really enjoyed this interview. I would challenge his points on olive oil due to the changes I see in my skin and as it is a fruit based oil. I'm not sure if he confirmed that olive oil even has the increased number of double bonds that seed oils have? Regardless, it means I will check and make my own mind up. Recently, due to becoming way too relaxed over Christmas, Ive come off pure carnivore and found eating wheat made my mood extremely low. I love the fact that he pushes the fact that eating factory meat is still better than a carb diet. My mantra, heard from another source is "don't let not being perfect stop you being good". This takes away alot of pressure to spend money you don't have and to be 100% all the time

@robertstanton1668 2 months ago (edited) When I was dying, I began eating low carb, but I thought that keto stuff was crazy. Then I transitioned to keto, but I thought carnivore was crazy. Then I transitioned to carnivore and now I think eating carbs is crazy. I'm not dying any more. In fact, today I am stronger and healthier at 77 years old than I have been in quite a few decades. We are now nearly 2 years on a carnivore diet and he tapered down his antidepressant and now he is succesfully tapering down his antipsychotics.
