I am 1 year 4 months carnivore and it's ben and interesting journey, when I first started I ate a lot, I also only wanted ribeye's and bacon and eggs, then I wanted only ribeye's raw and raw egg yolks, now I can only eat twice a day and barely a half pound of beef a day and I only seem to want ground beef, salmon and pasture raised eggs. I have healed myself of a ton of health issues and have lost 40 pounds so far. Best thing I ever did going carnivore, it gave me my life back.
I am so very glad I found you! I was searching for information on spices and found your YouTube channel. This is all very new to me. I just started Carnivore 2-3 days ago. I have noticed significant changes already. No brain fog, smelling better, blurry vision left, no longer bloated or constipated. LOL You gave me more information than all the hours of YouTube videos I have watched. You are such a Blessing! So glad I found you. FYI.... I am diabetic (very addicted to sugar and carbs. had a heart attack 6 years ago, and had a stroke last January, 9 2022. I am currently wheelchair reliant due to paralyzed left side ) So very tired of being sick and tired. Today I turned down a chocolate and whipped cream dessert and warm fresh bread. I feel so very satisfied on this plan, my sugar cravings have ceased.
