How humans were able to get access to large amounts of simple carbohydrates before agriculture came along?
The answer is that humans mostly didn't. Our carbohydrate rich diets are a very recent development (excepting fiber, of course). While early humans might occasionally get access to a trove of honey or some unusually nutritious roots, it was very unusual for them to get meals that were heavy in carbohydrates. This just does not exist in nature for the most part. The carbohydrate rich fruits and vegetables that we eat today are almost entirely unnatural, engineered species that we have bred over thousands of years, which unlike meat turn to SUGAR IN THE BODY.
They appear very different from the "PROPER HUMAN DIET" WHICH HAS HIGH FATTY MEAT (CARNIVORE DIET) PROTEIN AND VERY LOW OR NO CARBOHYDRATES (CARBS) The 100 posts that follow explain all the errors on the plates. These errors actually drive up profits for the wrong people.
