Dr. Berry is a modern day hero. If people would listen to him, they would benefit! My husband is down 100 pounds, reverse d type 2 diabetes etc...I'm down 60 pounds etc lots of healing and energy regained for us! THANK YOU!❤

I used to believe all these things. Fortunately for me, I found your channel almost 5 years ago. I have to say, eating all the fat on a ribeye was probably the hardest thing for me to learn. Low fat was ingrained into our psyche for so long, we actually forgot what humans are supposed to eat. It’s amazing really.
