For example; I just learned that the Mafia in Italy has been cutting (healthy) olive oil with (unhealthy) highly processed seed oils to increase profits. They do not play nice! My 40 yr old female relative has been on a psychiatric drug for a few months and has these times where she dumps all these accusations and negativity on her mother! I have insomnia aka apnea never diagnosed and depression and mood swings are almost entirely diet induced. Changed to all whole real foods been almost a decade since I took my life back and ditched every single thing they had me on. Our food supply is ☠️ and the solution is to drug people. 😢 Bless you sir for exposing this abuse being perpetrated on our country especially children. Stop this madness and teach people how to live and live life without the cocktail psyc headshrinkers force on you. It’s pushed to call the suicide hotline and then you will be locked up and forced medicated. THIS DOESN’T HELP and stops people reaching out. 😢

Then I transitioned to carnivore and now I think eating carbs is crazy. I'm not dying any more. In fact, today I am stronger and healthier at 77 years old than I have been in quite a few decades.
