Thank you, Dr. Berry for all you and Neisha do! I became curious about keto 4 years ago, when I saw 2 of my coworkers lose a bunch of weight and get a "pep in their step" in just a few months. I asked what they were doing and they said keto. I said, that's crazy, you're going to die of a heart attack! After reading everything I could find at the library about it, I did a YouTube search and found your channel. My friends didn't stick with their keto diet very well, but, with your help, I've been able to lose 80 pounds in the past 3 years, am off all 3 "for the rest of my life" prescriptions I'd been on 20+ years, got rid of high blood pressure, acid reflux, joint pain, brain fog and depression. My energy level, creativity and labs are better than they've ever been. I actually had to change some of my retirement plans, because my previous plan assumed I wouldn't live past 60. At age 64, I now believe I could live another 10-30 years. And even if I don't, the quality of life I now get out of each and every day is far superior to what I ever imagined.
