So I ended up eating only McDonald's. No fruit, no vegetables - just burgers and fries. And that almost killed me.. 1 day I woke up completely paralysed - couldn't move a muscle. Literally! I lied a whole day in bed, without moving, till slowly slowly I was able to move my hand and call someone. After that, I've changed my diet completely. @SuperiorEvolution 4 weeks ago I worked at a meat processing plant in the late 80s that killed the cows for McDonald's. Most were very old and sick milking cows. For every 1000 animals killed, 5-10 animals couldn't even pass the health standards to feed them to animals. I found it so disgusting that I haven't eaten at McDonald's since. I should also note that this was in Canada, which had the highest standards in the world when it came to meat inspection. @BluManMusik 1 month ago Former chef here. Dont eat out anywhere. Even the highest end restaurant will cut corners to make a dollar. Cant imagine these crap food establishments. Cook at home, dont be lazy

Then I transitioned to carnivore and now I think eating carbs is crazy. I'm not dying any more. In fact, today I am stronger and healthier at 77 years old than I have been in quite a few decades. Dr Berry and his videos have been a huge part of my healing journey. Meat heals, carbs kill. @cobyteune 2 months ago Our son has autism and got in his teenage years schitzophrenia on top of that. We are now nearly 2 years on a carnivore diet and he tapered down his antidepressant and now he is succesfully tapering down his antipsychotics.
