I'm not sure why the female doctor is saying that he's incorrect without looking at the SCIENCE. The FOOD INDUSTRY doesn't care about our health or our families. Here in the USA, we eat about 150 pounds of sugar each year. The foods in the US are banned in other countries because of the chemicals, sugar, dyes, etc. Thanks for discussing this vital topic. Then I transitioned to carnivore and now I think eating carbs is crazy. I'm not dying any more. In fact, today I am stronger and healthier at 77 years old than I have been in quite a few decades.
