I went to a wellness checkup today and was discussing with my new doctor if she was open to me changing my diet to better my health as opposed to medication. While she was, when I explained I had done keto a few years ago and lost a bunch of weight, she immediately said Keto is not sustainable because of the high fat content. She said “We want to make sure you’re not clogging your arteries with too much fat.” I thought great, she’s not informed and still believes the lies about fat. It won’t stop me from following the Keto/Carnvore way of eating.

This was a Royal Navy MD who said I needed to lose 14 lbs to be accepted for service... I did so and was never hungry!!
